POLICIES

  1. How do I place an order?
    At this time, there are three ways you can place an order with New Beginnings, would be to call us at (434)416-0535, message us via Facebook or email at ((((((, or to stop by our store in Kingsport, Tennessee.
  2. Payment
    We accept cash, check*, and credit cards (coming in 2017). In the event of your check being returned for any reason, a $25.00 returned check fee will apply. If you are placing a customized order, we require a partial deposit of 75% before any work will be done.
  3. Returns & Refunds
    -All items that are considered to be customized, will NOT be eligible for either a return or exchange. Prior to actually making the product, the customer will receive a proof of the designed work. Once the customer has approved the design and payment has been received, the product will be started. New Beginnings will not be responsible for any mistakes, once the proof has been approved by the customer. -Any items that are not considered customized, will be eligible for an exchange within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed, unused, and be in resalable condition. -In the event that an item is received either damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
